未だ現代人に認知されていない歯周病がもたらす影響とLuke社 の開発したラジカル殺菌「ブルーラジカル P-01」・「ペリミル」は、記者向けに公開されました。

村川歯科では、2024年4月、 開発者の東北大学菅野太郎教授より、直接指導を受け、2024年5 月より、厚生労働省承認ラジカル殺菌歯周病治療医療機器 「ブルーラジカルP-01」を用いた診療を開始しております。

ブルーラジカル治療は、従来法に比べ，痛みの少ない治療法です。 まずは、カウンセリング（検査）を受けて頂き、ブルーラジカル治療の理解と患者様の症状，お悩みをお聞きした上で、適切な治療プランをご提案いたします。

〇 ブルーラジカルクレンジング（無麻酔・高齢の方・メンテナンス）

特徴:

• 短時間の施術が可能: お忙しい方や軽度の症例にも対応できます。

• 局所麻酔なし: 身体的負担を最小限に抑え、高齢の方にも適しています。歯ぐきからの出血を抑えたい方にもおすすめしております。通常のブルーラジカル治療の術前、術後のスペシャルコンディショニングとしても有効です。麻酔を使用しないため、１回の施術でお口全体の施術も可能です。

ブルーラジカルは、歯周病治療に特化した技術であり、進行度に応じた適切な治療を提供します。骨吸収が進んでいる場合は、より適した治療法と併用することで、より良い結果が期待できる場合があります。

・施術時の違和感 レーザー照射時に軽度の違和感を感じることがある。

Professor Taro Kanno of Tohoku University has developed Blue Radical P-01, a revolutionary medical device for non-surgical sterilization treatment targeting severe periodontal disease.
This innovative therapy, known as “radical sterilization,” utilizes the interaction of blue laser light and hydrogen peroxide to produce highly reactive radicals that effectively eliminate bacteria deep within periodontal pockets.

At Murakawa Dental Clinic, Professor Kanno provided direct guidance in April 2024.
In May 2024, the clinic officially began offering periodontal treatment using Blue Radical P-01, which is approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan as a certified medical device for periodontal care.

About Blue Radical Therapy

Blue Radical therapy is a minimally invasive and low-pain treatment compared with traditional periodontal surgery.
The procedure combines 3% hydrogen peroxide and 405 nm blue laser light to generate hydroxyl radicals that sterilize bacteria within the biofilm.
At the same time, ultrasonic vibration enables effective calculus removal, allowing for thorough yet gentle periodontal cleaning.
